OC Construction, LLC is more than a building company—it's a family legacy built on hard work, trust, and tradition.
Our story began in 1995, when founder Don Oscai made the leap from manufacturing into the world of construction. Six years later, in 2001, OC Construction was born. The name carries a special meaning—“OC” comes from Don’s family name, Oscai. When Don’s grandfather immigrated to America from Hungary, an immigration officer gave the family name its new American pronunciation: "O.C." That spirit of adaptation, perseverance, and pride in one’s roots continues to guide our company today.
Based in Chattanooga, we specialize in both residential and commercial construction, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience to every job. Since the very beginning, we’ve built our reputation on integrity, honesty, and commitment. We’re known for being patient, flexible, and experienced—there’s no project scenario we haven’t tackled in our 24 years of business.
We are proudly self-made and self-managed. Our growth has never relied on flashy marketing but has come almost entirely through word of mouth—a testament to the trust our clients place in us.
